Dr. Tripti Barthwal is currently serving as Director at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Development Studies, Lucknow. She holds an academic & research experience of 22 years. Her core area of expertise includes Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour. Dr. Barthwal is also a trainer & consultant of management for various organizations. She has been the Course Coordinator and Resource Person for the Professional Development Course (PDC) sponsored by WHO & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Dr. Tripti is a regular resource person at the
UP Academy of Administration & Management, HNBU Medical University- Dehradun, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Trained Nurses Association of India, Controller of Defence Accounts, Hotel Clarks Avadh. Her areas of interest are Machine learning, Data Mining, and Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures, and Compiler. Dr. Khanna strongly believes in experiential learning where she facilitates learners to create their knowledge through self-discovery. Dr. Khanna keeps pace with new edge technology and keeps herself updated she continuously learns through research. Dr. Khanna has several international publications both in reputed journals and conferences in her account. Dr. Pooja is also an active member of various technical societies like IEEE, ACM, and IET UK. SRC Committees.

Dr. Arshia Kaul is Assistant Professor Operations Research, ASMSOC-Narsee Munjee University, Mumbai.
She is a proud recipient of the R.S. Varma Gold Medal for standing first in the university in the MSc. Department of Operational Research, University of Delhi. Dr. Kaul, an honorary advisor of ZPTC, has almost a decade of experience in teaching and research. Dr. Arshia has published 12 journal papers and 11 conference proceeding papers. Some of her recent ABDC listed papers are, “Emerging countries assertion in the global publication landscape of science: a case study of India”, “Role of the bilateral institution in influencing collaboration: a case study of CEFIPRA—a bilateral S&T institution established by India and France” both published in Scientometrics and Multi-period media planning for multi-products incorporating segment-specific and mass media” in Annals of Operations.

Dr. Shefali Srivastava has almost a decade’s experience in teaching and research. Her areas of interest are Service Operation, Supply Chain Management, Circular Economy, Sustainable Approaches in Operations, and Total Quality Management. Dr. Srivastava is currently working as a senior project scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. She has completed her doctoral degree from ABV - Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior. She has published many research articles in SCOPUS and ABDC indexed journals like Benchmarking, The TQM Journal, International Journal of Healthcare Management, etc. Dr. Shefali is proficient in various software’s like SPSS, AMOS, PLS-SEM, NVIVO, BIBEXCEL, and Gephi to name a few.

Professor Abhishek Maheshwari is currently working as an Associate Professor (Accounting & Finance) at CHRIST University, Bangalore. With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Maheshwari has earned a reputation as a corporate trainer, management researcher, and teacher. Professor Maheshwari has an insatiable interest in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Security Analysis, and Portfolio Management, Financial Derivatives, International Financial Management, and Financial Modelling. His Ph.D. thesis is a pioneering work in the area of analysis of financial performance. He has presented and published many research papers in international and national journals, conferences, and seminars.
