DR. RITIKA GAUBA

Dr. Ritika Gauba, the Founder & CEO of ZPTC is proficient in Phd fellowships and examinations, regulations, and processes in India.

She has an in-depth knowledge of all the PhD regulations by UGC and New Education Policy, and all its subsequent amendments. Dr. Ritika has done a deep study of the Phd regulations and processes of more than 500 Indian universities, including institutions of national importance like IIMs, IITs, IIITs, making her a specialist in the area.

Dr. Ritika Gauba is also a Professor and Trainer of Management, has more than thirteen years of teaching experience. She is a Ph.D. in Management and has worked with various reputed management institutions across India. 

Dr. Ritika has done her Masters in Management from the University of Lucknow. She has qualified  UGC NET in management and has presented and published papers in various international and national journals and conferences of eminence including  MDI Gurgoan, IIT Roorkee & IIM Indore.

Dr. Ritika has been a trainer for the last 10 years in which she has conducted multiple training sessions for graduate and postgraduate students in institutions like Bhopal School of Social Science & Sunbeam Women’s College Varanasi. Dr Gauba has also given management training to professionals of various government organizations including Army Training Institute, Electricity Training Institute, SGPGI Hospital Lucknow and Institute of Cooperative Management, National Council for Cooperative Training, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.

She has done certification courses on 'Marketing Management' & Managing Services from the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) by IIT Kanpur & MHRD and was an all-India topper in both the courses.
